Helvi has been working as a massage therapist since 2016 and as a Remedial Massage therapist since 2018.Working with a wide range of clients, from athletes to home makers and clients with disabilities. Helvi found her passion for manual therapy in 2013 after giving birth to her first child and being a long distance runner that had required frequent treatments. She had experienced the effects of manual therapy on her self and decided to study and change her career after 10 years in the aged care sector.
Helvi specialises in hip and lower back pain and dysfunction.

Graduated from Sage in 2016 he has a niche for back ,shoulder
and neck pain coupled with firm hands .With 20 yrs of experience as a trade assistant Jamie understands the need for frequent treatments to keep the body running smoothly and at its optimal performance. As he was inspired to return into the manual therapy industry after a hiatus . Jamie has been playing Baseball for Pakenham Pumas for 10yrs Receiving many trophies for best offensive and defensive awards he has received MVP( Winter 21’) as well in (Summer 21-22 ).
